1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

361 Degrees AG 6 First Flight Basketball Shoe White Red

How much support does the mid-cut collar give?
The collar comes up to just below your ankle bone: mid-cut, so support around your ankle without restricting your movement. If you have sprained your ankle more than once, this gives more stability than a low shoe and less than a high one. A shoe does not replace a brace; players with a weak ankle usually use the two together.
How much of this white and red shows on the court?
The upper is almost entirely white, with a heel counter that fades from red to pink. The red rubber of the sole has light speckles, and the 361 logo sits on the side in gold. White quickly turns dingy along the edge of the sole on an indoor court floor; wipe it with a damp cloth after playing and it stays crisp longer.
Just starting out in basketball?
Then this will serve you well. You get cushioning under your heel for landings, grip for stops and support around your ankle: the three things a beginner runs into first. What an advanced player looks for on top of that is mostly about fit, and you judge that by trying it on.
