1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

Pockets in underwear: what’s the point?
There’s a slip pocket on both sides of these boxers. Your phone fits in it, or your keys when you pop out to the mailbox. That’s exactly why Pockies started in Amsterdam in 2015: three students lost their phones on the couch and wondered why boxer shorts don’t have pockets.
Two prints in one pack
You get two. One is blue, the other soft green, and both have a white paisley pattern running across them. That’s the swirling teardrop pattern you also see on bandanas. The print covers the whole fabric, so it’s on the back too, right down to the hem.
How does the cotton feel?
The fabric is one hundred percent organic cotton and thinly woven, so it doesn’t stick and lets air through. The waistband is wide and elastic, so it doesn’t dig into your sides when you sit for an afternoon. The legs are straight and end halfway down your thigh.
Can they go in with the rest of the laundry?
Yes, they can go in the washing machine. That saves sorting, and it’s exactly what you expect from underwear.
