1 How long does delivery take? In the Netherlands, we deliver within 1-3 business days. Order before 15:00? Then we aim to ship your order the same day, and in the Netherlands you'll usually have it the next day. Delivery abroad can take longer. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
2 Can I exchange it for a different size or color? Yes, through our return portal you can easily exchange it for a different size, color or even a different product. You register the exchange, send the item back and a new order is placed for the replacement. Return shipping is free for exchanges.
3 What is your return policy? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and cancel it, and then another 14 days to actually send it back via the return portal. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
4 What if my product breaks? Our warranty period is 100 days from purchase. If your product breaks and no longer works the way it should, report it via our warranty page — we'll assess whether it's covered by the warranty. Your statutory rights (the legal guarantee) always apply as well.

361 Degrees Light Up Joker PE Basketball Shoe Beige
361 Degrees is the brand Nikola Jokić plays for, and the Joker line is named after him. The Light Up sits alongside his signature shoes in that same line.
Full-length cushioning
The midsole is made of ENRG-X foam, 361's cushioning material, along its full length. You feel it most when landing after a rebound: the impact is absorbed before it reaches your knees. At the same time, the sole stays firm enough to push off from, so you don't sink into the foam.
What the carbon piece in the heel does
In the heel is an element made of carbon fiber that 361 calls CQT. Carbon fiber is stiff and springs back, so the heel absorbs the landing and returns part of that energy on your next step. A wide piece of hard plastic also runs under the sole from your forefoot to your heel. That piece keeps the shoe from twisting when you plant one foot and turn the other way.
Indoors and outdoors in the same shoe
According to 361, the outsole rubber is tuned for both indoor floors and outdoor courts, and the tread is dense and deep enough not to wear smooth right away on asphalt. If you only play indoors, that mainly means a longer lifespan. If you play on the local outdoor court every week, this is one of the few indoor shoes you can put through that.
Cream with rosé accents
The upper is off-white with breathable mesh on the instep and smooth synthetic panels around it. A lightning bolt in metallic rosé runs along the side, and the same shade returns on the heel pull tab and the sole edge. For a basketball shoe, it is understated, and that is exactly why you will wear it outside the gym too.
Keeping light materials clean
Cream is unforgiving. Wipe the sole after every practice, and remove a scuff from another sole right away with an eraser or a damp cloth, before it sets in.
